The CPC is a plug and play ECU that increases boost pressure in turbocharged cars to dramatically increase HP and Torque. The unit has selectable maps through a Bluetooth app on your smart phone. You can download these apps for your smartphone through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

These maps are designed to accommodate different octane fuels for additional increased performance. You can choose between 91, 93 and 100 Octane.
As with all CarBahn products an optional powertrain warranty can be purchased.
If you want to trade your CarBahn Performance Controller in for software in the future, there is a $250 upgrade fee and if you purchased the warranty, it is transferable to the software at no additional charge!
Emissions legality:
A note on down pipes (removing the catalyst). We have run back-to-back dyno runs with the cat on and off and the power gain is much smaller than most people claim usually around 11hp. We all need to breathe the air. It is difficult to get your car its required emissions test without catalyst and it is illegal.

If your vehicle is currently covered by the vehicle manufacturer’s new car limited warranty, CarBahn Autoworks’ products are warranted for the remaining term of the vehicle manufacturer’s new car limited warranty. The manufacturer’s new car warranty is limited to 4 years or 50,000 miles (80,000 kilometers in Canada), commencing on the date of first retail sale or the date the vehicle is first placed in-service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier. The stock rear toe link is built with rubber bushings and a curved forged alloy rod which can easily flex. During hard acceleration, this flex allows the rear wheels to have excessive toe changes. All this flex in the stock toe link causes the car to be unstable when pushing the limits of acceleration. CarBahn eliminates this flex by replacing the rubber bushings with Teflon coated machined steel rod ends, and the OEM curved bar with a straight billet aluminum rod. Most, if not all, of our competitors’ products wrap the rod end in a loose rubber boot, which not only allows water and debris to enter but also retains them which results in excessive noise and a short service life until the rod ends must be replaced. The Forgeline GA1R is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes much of the technology and design of our very successful GA3R racing wheel, including our “I-beamed” spoke technology. The concave design of the GA1R not only looks great, but allows plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment, while the one-piece monoblock forging and I-beamed spoke design yield a wheel that is extremely stiff with fatigue strength equal to our proven GA3R. And yet despite the strength and stiffness, for most applications and sizes, it also delivers a high-performance weight reduction – making it perfect for motorsports and racing applications or the discerning street enthusiast who demands the ultimate in performance capability!
The GA1R is designed for racing. It is engineered with a 2100 lb. street-tire load rating (per wheel) to ensure strength and integrity, even when subjected to the massive loads encountered on the stickiest race tires.
The GA1R is produced using our traditional forging method from 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22-inch sizes with a range of widths and offsets. RB120 – Forgeline RB1 one piece monoblock wheel set

The RB1 is a fully-forged wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to the very successful GA1R wheel. The Forgeline RB1 one piece monoblock wheel features a concave 10-spoke design with a subtle directional twist on each spoke, so each set includes unique left and right versions. The RB1 also utilizes Forgeline’s I-beam technology along each spoke and along the front lip between spokes to reduce mass and enhance strength & rigidity. The one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The Forgeline RB1 one piece monoblock wheel is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the RB1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles.)
The Forgeline one piece monoblock RB1 is also available for limited applications in Deep Cap (DC) and Extra Deep Cap (EDC) profiles. These Deep Cap profiles employ unique in-house lathe turnings that allow us to position the center cap deep within the center of the wheel and create an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. This option is an excellent choice for select vehicles including the BMW M3 and certain Porsche models (rear only)
