Unused Product Returns:
At CarBahn, your satisfaction is our top priority. If a product you purchased fails to meet your expectations, it may qualify for a return under the following conditions:
- New, unused, and unopened parts can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Product must be in the original manufacturer’s box, sent freight prepaid.
- Parts not eligible for return include clearance items, factory-refurbished items, broken box items, and made-to-order items.
- Special order items (made to order) cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless there’s a valid warranty issue.
- Products showing signs of excessive age, abuse, improper handling, missing items, or unauthorized modification may be rejected and subject to an inspection fee, regardless of age.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Dealer must pay shipping to return product.
- Returns Drop Shipped directly from a third party supplier are subject to their return policy.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product Returns:
CarBahn covers shipping costs for the return of products that are incorrect, damaged, or defective. If you received such a product, contact CarBahn at (866) 558-4314 ext. 1 or email sales@classic.carbahn.com to request a UPS pick-up or return label.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its new and unused, incorrect, damaged, or defective status, CarBahn will issue a refund to the original credit card. If the product is found to be used, correctly shipped, undamaged, or not defective, CarBahn will return the product to you, freight collect, without issuing a refund.
