Software

CarBahn’s performance software is expertly crafted to provide dependable and secure power enhancement. The concept of “Smooth Power” is central to this software, emphasizing a precise calibration process that prioritizes safety in power adjustments. Overly aggressive torque can cause tire slippage, strain the engine, and damage the drivetrain. Therefore, CarBahn’s software ensures a gradual and controlled torque delivery, fostering not just more effective power usage but also bolstering overall reliability. Additionally, this software includes special torque reduction features in the first and second gears, ensuring smoother and more manageable power application. Safety is a paramount consideration in CarBahn’s software development process. The software is designed to synergize seamlessly with high-performance intercoolers, heat exchangers, and large turbochargers, achieving optimal power outcomes. Key safety measures like knock control sensitivity, super knock control sensitivity, and catalyst thermal protection are integrated into the OEM software, safeguarding against potential engine and catalyst damage.

Suspension Tuning

Steve Dinan is renowned for creating road car suspension systems that outperform others not only in handling but also in ride comfort. At CarBahn, we meticulously design our suspension systems, focusing on the harmonious interplay of springs, dampers, anti-roll bars, bushing deflection, and suspension geometry. This attention to detail results in a system that stands out for its superiority. Furthermore, our systems are engineered to integrate seamlessly with your vehicle’s OEM electric dampers, offering a dual advantage: a comfortable ride for everyday driving and a high-performance suspension for more demanding situations. Additionally, as a distributor for Forgeline wheels, CarBahn provides exceptionally lightweight and robust wheels. These wheels can be customized in various colors, sizes, and offsets, allowing for personalized and optimal wheel solutions.
