The CarBahn Autoworks S65 4.6L stroked and bored engine is built around high performance camshafts, over-sized forged pistons, a forged crankshaft with increased stroke, and high-strength forged Carrillo connecting rods. The bore is increased to 94mm and the stroke is increased to 83mm. -
This engine includes CarBahn valve springs, 2mm over-sized 94mm CarBahn-CP forged pistons, CarBahn billet 83mm stroke crankshaft, and high-strength forged Carrillo connecting rods with CarBahn-Clevite racing rod bearings. Head gaskets come in 3 thicknesses (.027”- .036”- .040”) depending on the deck height.
